About John Boe

John Boe is an author, motivational speaker and an international sales and customer service trainer based in Dubai. He has traveled extensively around the world presenting training seminars in 16 countries on 4 continents.  


Prior to beginning his sales and management career for an international financial services company, John was a captain flying helicopters in the U.S. Army. He has written over 100 sales, customer service and leadership development articles which have been published worldwide. John was honored by the Dale Carnegie organization by being presented with their prestigious, "Highest Award for Speaking Excellence."

Positive thinking is an optimistic state of mind, which sees the bright side of life. A positive frame of mind brings more happiness, improves relationships, and attracts success into your life. It is a mindset that you can build up.  Positive people don’t wait for life to change, so they can start enjoying it. They know that they can enjoy it right now. They also don’t worry about problems and obstacles. Instead, they set out to find ways to solve them.

Positive people focus on happy events and on success. They seek ways to get results and refuse to be discouraged by people or circumstances.  Positive people don’t wait for change and improvement. They don’t blame their environment and other people for their life but set out to make the changes they want.  If they fail, they don’t allow the failure to drag then down to negative thoughts, depression and discouragement. If they fall, they get up, try again, or find alternative plans.
